The RUPES KS-series of mobile dust extraction systems are the most powerful, efficient, non-turbine mobile dust extraction systems in their class, and the KS300 is where it starts.

It’s a system designed for heavy-duty, multiple operator use, with integrated workstation, guaranteed high filtration efficiency via a 5-metre2 filtering surface and three filtration steps, including H14 HEPA filtration, for maximum particle extraction.

Compact, manoeuvrable, and powerful, the KS300 can support two operators simultaneously thanks to innovative, dual 1200-watt motor technology, and high-intensity soundproofing ensures that operation noise is kept to a minimum.

Dual motors work alternately or together depending on load and a single motor can support up to two tools at the same time.

The KS300 includes two electric and two pneumatic plugs, both with auto start/stop, that allows for connection of pneumatic and electric tools.

The KS300EP/S kit comes complete with a RUPES dual arm workstation (161.1106) to keep tools and hoses organised and out of the way.

The KS300ECHS 4.0 is the current King of the KS-series.

While sharing many of the exceptional, multi operator, heavy duty-use features of the standard KS300, the added benefits of the KS300ECHS are what sets it apart.

It has a powerful, single, 1100-watt brushless motor for maximum power, lowest maintenance, and the highest durability (up to 10x more than comparable units).

And, while the KS300ECHS also has 3-step filtration via a 10kg fleece dust bag, for minimal downtime, internal M-class filter panel and integrated H14 HEPA filter, it also adds remote wi-fi monitoring (Industry 4.0), allowing remote monitoring of power, filter status, and to allow planned maintenance intervention.

Of course, electric and/or pneumatic tools can be used, simultaneously, with auto start/stop on both power sources, and all this tech is housed in a highly manoeuvrable, integrated workstation that also accepts interlocking SystainerTM storage systems, along with the range of RUPES overhead and swing arm attachments.
