The Devilbiss PROV-650 air-fed respirator mask has been designed specifically for use by professional refinishers in the spray booth. It integrates technology and movement with safety and comfort and while it may look the same as the previous model there are some major changes for comfort, efficiency and longevity.

The new and improved fitting mask has a longer, stronger visor that is fully adjustable to suit all head shapes and sizes while offering greater peripheral vision and clarity even for people who wear glasses. Made with thicker acetate the visor is more durable than its predecessors with replaceable tear-offs available to protect the acetate from scratching and overspray. It also includes a new removable and washable anti-static hood which provides comprehensive protection of the painter's head, neck, shoulders and the top of the chest along with a removable peak to help reduce booth light glare. The PROV-650 also features a replaceable lint-free browband and an elasticated face seal for long-lasting fit and comfort.
Manufactured using anti-static materials the Devilbiss PROV-650 is safe to use in spray booths and a new harder and more durable rubber compound is now available as a spare part to eliminate kinking and stretching. The quality design includes a stainless steel swivel connection and brass Y-Piece ensuring total freedom of movement and the hoses can be directed with ease for convenience. It also features an improved “seatbelt” style material waist belt for greater durability, comfort, and practicality. The innovative design of the waist belt regulator and filter unit ensures optimum comfort and safety through constant pressure while it has a quick action fastener that can be clipped on and adjusted in just seconds even while wearing gloves!

More safety features include an audible warning if the visor supply air pressure is too low and has increased airflow for greater protection that disperses breathing air gently and quietly around the lightweight visor at a positive pressure with no misting or discomfort. Replacing the filters has never been so quick and easy using an included combination tool specifically designed to assist in correct filter and cap replacement.
