The 240volt TSW 1500 CAR welding system runs with 2-3 millisecond discharge of a capacitor bank, that welds pins from 2-8mm. This technology allows welding threaded pins onto aluminium for repairing dents on car bodies by means of suitable tools.
The process quickness does not alter the surfaces on the opposite side and in many cases may be used with painted, pre painted, plasticized and galvanised sheets.
The stud gun comes standard with earthed head andpreasure adjustment.
