Designed to help technicians match the size, shape, positioning, and texture of robotically-applied OEM seam sealers. The tapered nozzle can be trimmed to a range of widths to match a bead’s size. The wing helps position the bead on the panel and can be used as a guide helping the technician apply sealant in a smooth line. The 2K option friction fits to square-tube applicator and mixing nozzles. OEMs often require the technician to replicate the original look and appearance of factory-applied seam sealer.
