Directions for Use
OPERATION/CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
TO TURN X-DIRECT ON:
Press the light mode button once to turn the LED light on at 6500K.Pressing the light mode button a second time will change the light to 4500K. Pressing the light mode button a third time will change the light to 3000K.
TO TURN X-DIRECT OFF:
Pressing the light mode button a fourth time will turn the light off. IMPORTANT: In this mode the Motion Sensor will not work.
USING THE MOTION SENSOR FEATURE:
Press the Motion Sensor ON/OFF button. The indicator light will turn GREEN and blink to confirm that this mode is on. Wave your hand across the face of X-DIRECT once in any direction to turn it on. Wave it across one more time to turn it off.
BATTERY CHARGING:
Before first use, fully charge the battery, failure to do so may impact the battery’s life span.
Use the USB-C charging cable that came with X-DIRECT. Plug one end into the port located on the battery compartment, located under the rubber cover on the bottom of the headlamp body. Plug the other end into your USB charging device.
The charging indicator light will turn RED while charging. When fully charged, the indicator light will turn GREEN.
To prolong battery life, it is best to recharge the battery before it is fully discharged.
Avoid extreme temperatures, especially heat.
DO NOT attempt to open the battery compartment as this could damage the unit and will void the warranty.
WARNING! Charge while indoors only. Use only a 5V USB power source and the included cable. Using fast chargers or adapters exceeding 5V may damage the unit or pose a safety risk.
WARNING:
LED’s are extremely bright and direct exposure to eyes may cause injury. Avoid shining LEDs in eyes.
